    utility sink fills with washer water and wont drain

    It just means some point beyond the sink is plugged. Sometimes a plunger and someone who knows how to use it helps...sometimes not! Each instance is different.

    Try using a plunger, WBMS


    When you use one, slowly press down, then quickly pull UP.


    Do that till the water flows freely


    And keep a strainer over the drain, so you can clean it out from debris of the washer.  Easier to clean the strainer, than worry about a stopped drain! 

    Or try Drano or an auger ( a snake.)
