Why is marijuana illegal? It kills 0 people a year. And why arent tobacco or alcohal? They cause deaths but marijuana doesn't? This just doesn't make sense

Alcohol tends to send people crazy.
Cigarettes are very addictive and you smell if you smoke.
I think it's because if the negative feed back given, because of recreational users getting phyco after smoking it. One person goes loopy on it and the persona is everyone will. Not the case it's like any drug some people shouldn't drink , some shouldn't smoke , some shouldn't take pills. Some drugs are not right for people's chemical brain balance so they shouldn't take it.
More research needs to be applied for people whom could use it for pain problems , cancer and other illness that can only be medicated with opioids..

Wait a while. It will soon be legal everywhere. We love to try every foreign substance, legal and illegal, to cure everything. It's so much easier and quicker than actually eating properly and getting daily exercise. Extremely serious illnesses may require a prescription too, but that should be the exception, not the rule, and only AFTER trying everything else. Alcohol and tobacco should not be included in the "cure", any more than marijuana should.
Also, I would prefer that when someone has just smoked a joint "for their pain", they stay off the road on which I, or my loved ones, are driving!
