You have to figure this out by how many miles the trip is divided by the miles per gallon per tank full. The cost changes according to the prices you pay at the pump. Prices will change depending on location.
Taking I-90 E, the trip is 692 km or 430 miles. I know it as mpg so that is what I will use as example.
If your car gets, say 20 miles to the gallon and it is a 20 gallon tank, then you can go 400 miles per tank full divided by 430 miles means you need just over one full tank of gas. The cost would be what you pay to fill the tank at the start of the trip and what you pay to refill the tank at the end of the trip. Remember, this is just an example. You need to know how many miles to the gallon your car gets and the size of your fuel tank.
