    I want to type an email to a friend in Germany and have him read it in German

    Also the same in there country, to email me a letter in German and when I recive it it is in english

      Use a translator. As long as you know how to copy and paste you can do it by typing in English into the translator, then translate it to German. Copy the German and paste it to the e-mail. Google translation > http://translate.google.com
