I was talking to a man one day, and there on the counter of this store was a picture of Beyonce. The man said, "She is so beautiful. I would kill myself if I could date her."  That's when I realized the profound effect of beauty.  That's what I realize about her, more than a great singer/dance, a great beauty is her great gift, like so many other great beauties that just had to 'show up'. no matter what their talent level. I've seen it many times in life.  They don't have to type or anything else. Just show up.  I was working as secretary at a Summer Jobs For Youth Program, in San Mateo, CA. They sent a girl about 15 years old, on a job interview. I told her mother she would get the job.  The mother came back and told me she got it, but how did I know. The girl was one of the prettiest people I had ever seen. I told her mother that with the face she had and her overall beauty, nobody is going to tell her no. never!
