You go to your programs. To locate these, you will need to click your start up key at the bottom left of your screen, if you haven't moved your tool bar. After clicking in the start up key, click 'all programs' and begin looking for your web cam program. Rather it be the one your comp came with or a program like I have that I downloaded so I can use my webcam in more than  one spot. Click on your webcam program, and normally just doing that will    bring up the program for whichever webcam you are going to use.\

Activate the program, and where ever u want to allow access to ur web cam click that box that u allow it, and that should do it.
