      Could be kidney problem -The vet is the best bet!

        Could be diabetes, take it to the vet asap.

          ROMOS is right, that's the first thought I had. Cats CAN get diabetes, take him to a vet to check it out. You may have to give it shots.

            Vets now!!!  Male cats get kidney problems that can turn into kidney failure- I lost my Nelson this way!  Diabetes is also fairly common especially if your cat is plump.

              And if he has diabetes, he can live a long life still, with someone judicious about giving him his shots, and getting regular urine or blood work.  Good luck.
