he never gives answer of the prayer.praying the god is an motivational factor which increase our confidence through positive thought. for an example if I solve the problem of  more than 1000 people than they will start to say me as god because i inspire them to live the life in new way by telling new knowledge and new ideas.you can also declare yourself as god if get knowledge from different holy books and say what u like about god, people is going to follow you blindly because you got the much knowledge through various holy books.

for instance, if you are avoided from the supernatural things upto 18 years from your birth if anybody ask you, do you believe on god than you will definately reply "who is he"?. the question you have asked that is not silly because your unknown about it. so the who ask you if u do not believe on god read bible  or read kuran than that will be the most silly answer for me because that wasnt their answer that will be the bible answer say them to say your own.
