    if someone is divorced and has 2 kids, but the kids are with the mother all of the time expect 2 weekends a month, but he does pay cildsupprt court ordered is he titaled to claim one of the kids on his taxes????

    No,only if one of the children were residing with him permanently, you'll get better info from your local IRS office.

    It probably depends on what the court ordered. That information should be on your divorce papers.

    You should check with your income tax department in whichever country you reside. You didn't mention where you live.

    my sons dad filed on my son and he had to pay it back because my son didnt live with him but its different in each state call ur local irs or the tax office
