If you are sure about her age, only 3 mos. it is early for her to be pregnant (but only by a month).  But if you are guessing at her age, maybe...

Could be a hernia. It also could be her bladder. Instead of leaving her in potential pain if it's something worse, have her vet check it.

there are no easy ways out if you love your kitten as much as you say you do take it to vet it might not be as serious as you think but if not your kitten might be suffer ! remeber it can not tell you where it hurts but a vet can don't take chances with another life act now i know what i'm telling you i lost my best friend a rotty i had for 12 yrs i was afraid they might have had to put him down but because of my fears he suffered and they had to put him down anyway so if you want your kitten with you for a long time take him or her to a vet it also shows how much you love them if you can avoid serious suffering!!!!

My cockapoo was about 6 and she got diabites so had to give her shots 2 x daily for the rest of her life!!
