You need to specify the phone model ,Country and Current network to get exact answer. The model you specified "NOKIA BL5 CB" is the battery model number ,The phone model will be like Nokia 6600 or Nokia 6030 . Anyway, If you want to unlock network lock you can use unlock code. If you want to unlock security lock try the default security code like 1234 or 0000 or 12345 . If those didn't work then you can use master reset code to reset your Nokia . It will reset your phone, removing any security locks(not network locks) . You can get the Unlock code and Master reset code for some old model Nokia Phones from Unlocking4Free.com .
