I know a lot of people who are on the border of right and wrong. So much that who am I to judge? Live and let live if it's  not hurting me.......

It depends on how serious it was, after all our MP'sin the UK have been fiddling their expenses for years, and they got rumbled and made all sorts of excuses , one or two went to prison for a few months as an example, and the rest got away with it ,and as far as we know they are still doing it. So I think most people here wouldn't be concerned about something small .

What do you mean by giving up their selves?
If I knew someone who was doing something ilegal I'll try to explain to him/her it is wrong, and depending on how severe the phelony is, I'll decide whether to report them or to keep on trying to make that someone stop his/her illegal actions.

I would be most inclined to keep my nose out of it if it wasn't affecting me or my family or any other innocent party.

My answer would be completely contingent on WHAT they were doing not so much whether it was ilegal or not. If someone was acting out against others in some way, it would be more likely I might turn them in

WOULD YOU LIFE BE IN DANGER?  ARE YOU A PARTICIPANT?  MOST PEOPLE ARE QUITE AFFRAID TO TURN PEOPLE IN TO POLICE SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THERE IS ON THE STREETS, WHAT HAPPENS IN JAILS, IF YOU SAY SOMETHING IN A JAIL, SO I HAVE HEARD, FOR I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN JAIL NOR DO I WANT TO BE, NOR WILL I EVER BE, IN JAIL IF YOU SEE SOMEONE DOING SOMETHING WRONG AND SAY IT TO THE GUARDS OR TO PEOPLE YOU SHOULD NOT, YOU WILL BE HURT, IT IS CALLED THE "SILENCE OF SILENCE".    PEOPLE IN THE STREETS HEAR ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS IN JAILS, AND ARE STARTING TO MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS BECAUSE WOULD YOU RATHER BE MURDERED, OR WOULD LIKE TO LIVE, I DO NOT KNOW, I FOR ONE WOULD LOOK THE OTHER WAY, AND TO HELL WITH EVERYBODY, YOU KNOW WHY, BECAUSE THIS WORLD IS SO BAD, PEOPLE ARE SO UNPREDICTABLE THAT IT IS BETTER TO LIVE YOUR OWN LIFE WITHIN THE LAW, FOR AS LONG AS YOU TRUST YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN A GOD, AND TRUST GOD, DO NOT DO ANY HARM TO ANYONE, SOONER OR LATER, PEOPLE WILL PAY FOR THAT WHICH THEY ARE DOING WRONG OR ILLEGAL, KEEP QUIET - WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO, GET INVOLVED, IF YOU GET INVOLVED YOU WILL PAY THE CONSECUENCES.  LIVE AND LET LIVE.  THIS IS A VERY DIFFICULT QUESTION TO ANSWER BECAUSE PRINCIPLES AND EDUCATION AND THAT WHICH IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS INVOLVED.  AND WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE, I REALLY DO NOT KNOW THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THIS SITUATION, NOR DO I WANT TO KNOW THEM, BUT IF I WERE YOU I WOULD PROTECT MYSELF FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD, AND TO HECK WITH THE REST,  PEOPLE ARE WEIRD AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING THROUGH THEIR MINDS.
