Yes. If the puppy ate a lot, call a vet and ask what to do.
From the miracle gro site:
"To prevent accidental ingestion, store Miracle-Gro out of the reach of pets, and restrict pets from the area while you are using or mixing the product. The Scotts Company, makers of Miracle-Gro, recommends that owners monitor their pets for symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea if accidental ingestion is suspected. Contact your veterinarian immediately if your pet consumes the product."

thank you we are not sure if she has eaten it her and her brother have been pulling moss out of tubs which has it in he is fine she has diarrhea

If she has diarrhea then that is a symptom. Call your vet. Diarrhea can be deadly to a puppy.
