It depends upon where you committed the offense, if you are convicted and often on the mood of the presiding judge that day.

If you have a brain, your first offence (probably just the first time you were caught) will be your last!  It's time to become a mature adult and do something productive.  Selling drugs will land you in jail and for the sake of all the young kids whose lives you are helping to destroy, I hope that it will be sooner rather than later!

It depends on how much you were holden, The mood of the Judge and how good your lawyer is. If this is your first offense then you should be able to get a Diversion. Just remember a Diversion means probation for your offense but if you get caught doing anything else you will be sentenced for your first offense as well as what you got busted for the second time. So if you take a Diversion keep it clean you don't get a second chance.
