It's important that you be cautious of committing to this person. Accusing someone of cheating when there is no reason to do so is a common behavior of abusive people. It's a way to control you as it puts you into a position of having to defend yourself and twist yourself in knots to try to soothe him. You've asked him many times to stop, and he is ignoring your wishes. This is not loving behavior on his part.
While love is a feeling (being attached, attracted, etc.), healthy love also is a set of behaviors/values. Respect, consideration, wanting the best for someone, being supportive and encouraging, etc. He's not behaving this way, even when you specifically ask him to do so. Disregarding your feelings and "joking" in a hurtful way are major red flags that this relationship is unhealthy and headed for trouble.
Hopefully you can work on yourself so that you can hold out for a relationship that is healthy and built on consideration and respect.
Hang in there.
