    I have a qualcom phone that i baught last year and upgraded service this week, it would have been nice if the clerk would have spent 2 minutes to show me how the additions would work

      Take it back and ask them to show you how to use it , also make sure you have the Forrest data to receive emails, you may need to call your phone provider and they will send you a few SMS which you save and normally it all works good .
