Hi Rob. Thank you for answering.... the Whirlpool manual only had the instructions for installation of the ovens. My husband is very experienced with doing repairs at home and at work but in this case we are going to have to send the control panel off to Core Centric Solutions. Unfortunately all that we can find as far as getting to the panel is to call a service person. If there was any electrical work we would but my husband justs want to find out how to get the cover off- he doesn't want to damage it or scratch it. We paid a service person to come out once and he said it couldn't be fixed, that we would have to buy new ovens. We cannot do that right now. One call to Whirlpool and they told us what to do and where to send it. We are hoping to avoid another service fee just to snap out a panel. There doesn't appear to be any place to pry it with a screw driver. I hoped there might be a person who would take pity on us and give us a hint as to getting to the thing. :o) A compassionate service person. But thanks again for taking the time to answer and for the link. This is the first time I've used this site.

I hope you'll get your oven fixed, or even better: get a new one soon.
