help.......... My Vostro 1000 crashed...REFORMATTED..Only had XP-PRO. disk.... needless to say my wireless mini card, sound card, ethernet card, ETC.....do not work....can not get on internet obviously, can i use another computer aaand download drivers, mainly wireless driver, because once i get that computer linked on-line, i can down load any drivers i need. I JUST NEED ON THE INTERNET USING MY WIRELESS------HELP,HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have tried to download to thumbdrive, it loads, but does not activate or make wireless card work................

Sounds like your mother board is toasted.
Just checked.....I thought so, you're the same person from the other night. Again, take the computer to a computer tech. We do not have computer techs here. We Google and we guess and we go by personal computer experiences when it comes to computer questions.
