my built-in webcam on my laptop will not allow me to show or see video. where do i look to solve the problem
i try to use it on skype and such and all that will come up is cyberlink you cam. when i dont have to install it to use my webcam. i have used my webcam before and now i cant use it

i have went through the steps of reinstalling the webcam nothing on there was like the step by step" info
