Where do penguins live?
You can find penguins in every continent, however all known species of penguins live in the southern hemisphere.
Contrary to general belief, Penguins are not only inhabitants of extremely cold conditions.
Outside Antarctica, Penguins usually inhabit deserted regions and rocky islands where there are not land predators, so their inability to fly is not an issue.
Penguin habitat goes from the ice shelf of Antarctica, like the emperor penguin, to some temperate islands near the equator, like the Galapagos penguin. Also, there are penguins living in South Africa and Australia.
