No. You really should give the vet a call and find out exactly what you should be doing. A bath would just aggravate the dog. Leave her be and let her get better. Stop fussing. Your fussing and constant worry around her is only going to unsettle her.

I took her to vet yesterday they gave her an antibiotic and told us to keep her hydrated. But she has blood and poop all over her fur I just want her to be comfortable

If you want and have the time, go to a pet supply store and get some doggie wet wipes. You can clean her up with those. It sounds like she does not have a bad case of parvo. Rest, light food, fluids and the antibiotics should be all she needs. Just be near her and give her love but fuss as little as possible over her.
Thanks for the help but unfortunately it was worse then we thought she passed away this morning. :(

The vet sent her home when she was that bad? I'd seek a lawyer and not pay that bill. I'm sorry for your loss. :(
Yes the vet told us the only way they would keep her was if we payed $450 up front but we didn't have the money so he gave us an antibiotic told us to give her pedilite and give her comfort. We did all that guess it wasn't enough she died on her 1st birthday. :( again thanks for everything
