If you are an Internet Explorer User:
Windows XP Users:
From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel.
Open the Add or Remove Programs.
A list will populate with all software installed.
Locate Net Assistant or MyFreeze Net Assistant from the list.
Click Change/Remove.
The application should uninstall.
Windows Vista Users:
From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel.
Under the Programs heading, click Uninstall a program.
A list will populate with all software installed.
Locate Net Assistant or MyFreeze Net Assistant from the list.
Click Uninstall.
The application should uninstall.
Restart your PC.
If you are a Firefox user
From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel.
Under the Programs heading, click Uninstall a program.
A list will populate with all software installed.
Locate Net Assistant or MyFreeze Net Assistant from the list.
Click Uninstall.
The application should uninstall.
