    3. i am appliying for an American Passport for my child who is a minor under 16, i am a naturalized citizen and i am getting her the passport under my status, the problem is she has not been issued a SSN# yet and i was told to put all "o" in the spot for the SSN#, will that deny my application or slow the process, i have all the other documents required.

      I hope you figured out you should contact the passport office for the answer to this.
