do you think a teenager say 13-18 is too young to be a mum? i find it interesting hearing your thoughts personally though i think if a girls ready to be a mum even if she's only 16 she could still be just as good a mum as say a middle aged lady can be :)

Yes, 13 is too young. 18 may be too young depending on the level of maturity of the 18 year old. I believe any 13 - 16 year old who winds up pregnant should be forced to get an abortion. A 17 year old and older should be forced to get a job to support her child along with the father of the baby. I do not believe in a welfare system that pays kids to have babies and I personally do not want my tax dollars spent to support these babies being created by kids. I do not agree that a teen can be as good a parent as any middle aged lady. A middle aged lady has lived a lot more life than a teen has and teens are selfish, still wanting the fun in life. The middle aged ladies have had their fun, lived life, learned lessons that teens have yet to face or even comprehend. Today's teens are no where near as responsible or as intelligent as teens were in my day. Most teens can not speak, read or spell in an educated or literate sense. I think education is wasted on most kids of today. No, teens should not be having babies as most are still acting like babies themselves.

personally i think thats a little small minded your saying every teenager is the same and too immature to bring up a baby, i know a few teenage mums and actually as their so "young" they have the time and energy to bring up a baby, unlike some middle aged ladys who have done everything and their not as young and understandable as a young mum. not all teens are selfish and some completly change their life around for the better becase of having a baby!
