No sry but my friend yes you an its called GPS in peoples cell phones and if you know what your doing on computers yes you can get a persons location hope this helps

We are not a TV show. In reality, one can not track a person through their cell phone. It's against the law and an invasion of privacy. Only law enforcement can track people through their cellphone.

It is illegal to stalk people without their consent. This includes tracking their phone without their knowledge. Those programs are illegal to use and they even include that disclaimer on the program's webpage miss know nothing.
