Saying felons don't qualify for school grants is a cop out,I went to the school of hard knocks and it was all free,even tho you may not like your dorm mate.And let me tell you what I learned at the school of hard knocks.I self taught MYSELF how to hold a job for the last 35 years now and and to be nice to people and don't take anything that does'nt belong to you,and most of all,stay out of those damm prisons.So with all that said,yes felons do qualify for grants if thats what you must do,and don't fell sorry for yourself,just move on...And after all these years,and working full time jobs,I still find time to go out on the mean streets of this city and try to talk to the young people about what is in store for them by standing on that street corner selling drugs.So in closing,I wish you well,you can do anything if you really want it.
