I called her yesterday. She's doped up on morphine and talking like a drunk, lol but she's hanging in there and has a positive attitude. I think she'll come through this scare OK. The woman really needs to start putting herself first.

Millie, wishing you a speedy "recovery". Not sure what's going on (been out of the loop for a couple of weeks), but see the word "dialysis" and know that pretty well.  Take care of yourself and take your computer with you on dialysis days so you can "visit" with us.  My cousin left for San Francisco yesterday; a kidney is waiting for her.

Captive in your pain, He can make it cease

Trust in the Healer, feel the warmth of His touch

He stretched out His arms, said 'I love you this much'

When all feels pointless and you feel there is no hope

Talk to the Shepherd, He will help you to cope

Can you think of another so faithful and true

He whispers your name, yes that name is you

If you walk through the valley of worry and fear

You can rest in His promise, 'I will always be near'

His Word and His love, they will comfort you

So rest now Millie, ' He will carry you through'

Don't worry, you'll be up to speed in no time and craving red velvet cake! We did fine through the storm in my town. Just limbs down and short spurts with no electricity. We were lucky. Get better soon! (((hugs)))
