I bought a WD My Passport Essential Portable Hard Drive 500 GB, and have read that a soft copy of the User Manual is available on our website OR in the product CD, not true. A printed copy may be requested through our tech support site, yea that site isn't user friendly either. Should I encounter a problem, please give you the opportunity to address it before returning the product. OKAY I will give you FIVE MINUTES, GO! I got suckered by your product now hurry and explain in user friendly terms how to use it. HURRY, I am one of your bosses, we pay your wages, hurry, you are wasting my time and I should kick you out to the unemployment lines until you figure out how to treat your customers, your bosses better. You know I don't have all year to wait for instructions how to run something I already paid for. Would it have been that hard to send simplified instructions, or legitamate website access for someone who does not have all the time in the world to waste trying to figure out WHERE TO GET THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! YOU DON'T WANT ME TO EXCHANGE OR GET MY MONEY BACK AND YET YOU ARE WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME GOING TO SITES THAT AREN'T FOUND, OR USER FRIENDLY! You don't treat your customers very well.
