I don't have Lotus 123 have received file as attachment to email. Sender does not have Microsoft

You asked how to convert a lotus file. I gave you how to do this. I assumed you had Excel since you mentioned it.
I DO have excel but cannot open the .123 file as it is not supported. You state 'Open the file in Lotus 1-2-3' but I don't have Lotus 1-2-3

Instructions
1
Locate the Lotus .123 file that you wish to open. If it has a “.123” appendage, you need to rename it to have a “.wk4” appendage. This will allow Excel to read the file.
2
Right click the Lotus 123 (.wk4) file.
3
Select “Open with…” and select Microsoft Excel. Excel will open the file with all associated information and formatting. If you wish to convert to a native Excel file, merely save it, making sure to select the Excel format.
