    How do I recover itune files after a computer crash and change of email address

    Tried to re-sync on itunes but couldn't access my old files as my email address that was registered with iTunes has changed and they keep trying to access the old address that all my songs were bought under...(100's)

      Have you tried getting them back with your old address then transferring them to your new one?

        Thanks for responding. Yes I have but they keep trying to access my old address with a response and I can't find a phone number anywhere to call iTunes
