I eat a variety of foods.  I try to eat in moderation and sensibly.  We try to refrain from fast food, and prepared foods, as these have loads of fats and salt.  I balance my diet with my activity level, to try and hold my weight, or balance it in favor of loosing if I want that.  Get those bright colored and dark colored fruits and veggies, and some meat and starches in and plenty of dairy and eggs in the mix.   We try to make a good rotation so we are never bored, and include foods that are affordable and seasonal.  I live near the Ocean, RI, is the "Ocean State", and fish some and go for fresh shellfish often.  I also grow a garden, to insure the freshest produce.  I grow apples and blueberries, and they are not as plentiful as I would like, but delicious.  The garden has exercise benefits also.  Thats how I eat.

Yes more all the time, we have taken on responsibilities of day care of grand kids, and we had an elder in our care for 2 yrs. but she had to have placement in a nursing home, so we will be able to continue to assist family first. In a short time, a yr. or so, we can have more of our time, and travel, etc. We are fortunate to be able to help our kids with their kids...
