Guess what - had a good day today - nothing mind blowing - just got the hair done finally and went shopping - everyone seemed great. Happy enough to open the old laptop and speak with you lovely guys - How was your day?

Can't work this iPhone probably to see aka we'll... Tried once to just say hi and send love to everyone... Are staying at my ma's for meantime as she is back in hospital with pneumonia again...House fire here on Saturday...luckily no one hurt! Laptop n things arriving here tmro so see you all then! Hmmm.I had an epidural a week or so ago and I have had a "spinal headache" all week- they created a leak (accident) in my spinal fluid and my brain hasn't had enough fluid around it- my soft little brain has been bumping against 'rocks" (my skull) all week- oooch! and nauseating! Guess that's the end of the line for trying to ease the back pain that way.

Sorry to hear this doolittle - I had two epidurals on my back which failed didn't get the right spot - fortunately did not experience what you have - Oh my some accident - take care of you. I will probably have yet another epidural in the future - hope this accident does not occur poor you sounds just awful. I have given up on medical care here and does not help my state of mind. Hope you feel better and take care.

Thanks everyone! don my back "sucks" but I try to walk a couple of miles a few times a week...it helps me feel like I'm doing something pro-active....except when the pain is really bad. PS- I'd rather exercise Sally Style :)

@ itsmee- sometimes epidurals or blocks help...this is my second spinal HA but I've had a ton of shots.

Dear ROMOS - thank you so - raining? it's pouring and is to continue overnight as they say nice weather for ducks - take care you. Just to add - Oh and how great would I feel if I lived in Bonnie Scotland. Do you know this laptop keeps playing up - since they sent me this new router PLUS turns out to be definitely MINUS but I pay extra for this - I didn't set it up until after my Mamma died and then rang the company who of course said we will send an engineer - and of course wanted me to pay - Having sent a brand new old router back plus the older one and no support with the plus the engineer agreed that I should not pay, but just connect the wire which makes it wireless - still plays up - I will have to get onto them yet again so frustrating - and no I am not telling you this for help - just well you know.

They are also called horse chessnuts,and you make a small hole though the centre of them,put a bit of string through,and then hit the other guys conker,to break it,the more you can knock out
,makes you have the best conker,until it gets shatted,

Tuesday: Up at 6:30 to be at work at 8. Any excuse to get up and walk around taken; this afternoon I went to the post office and took a circuitous route to get some iced tea. Working on little projects, trying to keep busy. Did get a letter off to my son. Home to kick back for half and hour, eat some leftover ribs and garlic-bleu cheese bread ( YUM); then off to bowling league and games of 215, 169, and 189. Our team won 3/4 tonight; one teammate had a personal best 189 game and another teammate had his bowling ball gouged to the point of needing to be replaced. Now I'm home, saying HI to YOU. It's fun to read what everyone has been doing.

You I must say know your maths - amazes me some of the figures you come out with the scores of course are different but it reminded me of the other times you have used maths.

Oh my west-bus - missed your posting - would you believe only opened this laptop today and then spend ages deleting off all the junk until I went onto here. Lousy day ... but thank you for asking. I was cleaning with bleach and the fumes got in my eyes and now my eyes sting. I'm trying to pretend they don't hurt but they do.

Thanks don, fortunately I'm ok. I love to clean with bleach and I have really learned my lesson. The pain from the bleach even went to my back muscles! For awhile there I felt like "evacuating" my body. OW!
