    Why is gasoline price higher at $90 pb than when it was over $100 pb?

    Because at least here in the USA, Obama shut down a lot of our refineries so with the increase in demand, the refineries operating are running overtime so they are paying more to get the oil refined into gasoline. This affects price so the companies can recoup the cost of overtime pay.

    so it's Obama who did this and oil companies have nowhere to look except growing bottomline.
