    Instructions
    1
Lift the van at the wheel by placing the floor jack at a frame rail and then pumping the lever until the wheel is in the air. Place a jack stand near the jack head for support. Do not place the jack head or jack stand on the body or suspension.

    2
Remove the wheel by turning the lug nuts counterclockwise. Place the wheel aside.

    3
Remove the caliper by turning the two rear mount bolts in a counterclockwise direction then sliding the caliper from the rotor. Remove the pad from the caliper pistons by gently prying them out with a screwdriver. Secure the caliper with zip ties and do not let it dangle from the brake lines.

    4
Remove the rotor by pulling it from the hub. If the Savana is a four wheel drive model, remove the spindle nut first by turning it counterclockwise. Replace the rotor or resurface the existing unit. Press the new unit onto the hub and secure the spindle nut if applicable.

    5
Replace the pads in the caliper then slide the caliper back over the rotor. Turn the rear mount bolts clockwise to secure the caliper to the brake assembly.

    6
Replace the wheel by turning the lug nuts in a clockwise direction in an alternating pattern. Lower the van by removing the jack stand and releasing the floor jack's pressure screw.
