      Are you referring to Microsoft Word?

        Yes, Rob...nor do those choices show up in
        Windows Mail.

        I've tried everything I can think of, to no avail. Unfortunately, I'm no computer wizard - and
        feeling pretty stupid at the moment!

        ...I printed it, and because it's quite lengthy plus
        highly time-necessary I'm going to work on it tomorrow
        ...am really wiped out, now.
