Unfortunately, Nextar (in order to keep their prices low) chooses NOT to support it's devices with firmware updates or new maps.
The only way to update their products is to purchase a new one.
NaviExtras.com has picked up a few of the Nextar units, but the Q4-03 unit is not one they offer.
