Very good-- I was raised in my parents restaurant, one of the more popular italian restaurants in Cincinnati Ohio area. I was alongside momma for many years. She was the best! However, my cusine expierence is only Italian, I can't fry an egg or bake a potato. Ironically, neither did my momma! LOL

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best of the best, I would rate myself around 3-4. It's not that I don't enjoy cooking, trying new recipes, and entertaining; it's that I don't do it often enough to be proficient. I actually make some excellent Jello-based salads and desserts by request. My cheese souboreg and paklava are very, very good.
No one has every barfed what I've fixed except one time. My middle son hated lasagne. His dad and I were going out for the evening and the woman watching the boys that evening MADE him eat it. Poor kid. My lasagne IS delicious; Cody wouldn't eat anybody's lasagne (or mushrooms, either).

I can cook, but I like comfort food or slinging stuff together for a casserole or stew! No fancy things. I did make an excellent pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting the other day! Yum!

I think my cooking has gone downhill after marrying my vegie hating spouse, only eats mash, chips and peas, he tells everyone he loves salad, truth be known it consists of boiled egg and beetroot !! I love going out and ordering a huge salad (Greek's my favourite) and woe is me, I miss all my vegies
