    my nan passed awy a week ago ive just found out that my uncle had my nans house signed over to him 2 years ago she had dementia my mum died 12 years ago and a solicitor told me as my mum died before my nan im entilted to my mums share can i do any thing

    my nan did not no what she was doin i dont see why my uncle would have the house signed over to him if she would leave it to her son anyway the only reason i can think thats he has done it so it didnt have to pay care home costs and he he knew theat when my nan passed away he had to share it with me help please

    but how can i contest the will when the house wont be in it my uncle got the house signed over to him in 2010 as i said my nan had dementia and he kept everyone away from her surly she wasnot in the right state of mind

    Well there is your fight, she wasn't in the right state of mind to make this decision, also mention being kept away from her during her illness. thats how!
