I have just picked up a new truck with a oc60d powering a sleeper a/c, it will not crank.

We picked the truck up 2 weeks ago, the motor ran a couple of times but the other day it would not crank and blew the 150 amp fuse. The motor is all but new, (3.1 Hrs), but before us picking up the truck it sat for 1 year.

I managed to turn it over with a spanner, but it was very tight.

    Any ideas?

I would be contacting wherever you bought the truck from before doing too much. You don't want to do too much to avoid voiding the warranty. I mean, after all, it only has 3.1 hours on it...it should definitely be covered!
