    Problem with temperature guage on Citroen Dispatch 1999

    The temperature guage on my Citroen Dispatch 1999 van is not registering - any ideas as to why?

      Check the fuse and if that's OK, then you need a new gauge.

        Thank you - I have not got the manual for the van so am not too sure which fuse to change! but thank you for your reply.

        Check your fuse box. Sometimes they put the diagram on the cover/door of the fuse box.

        pull the wire off of the sender on the engine and put it to earth turn on your ignition ............ the gauge should go all the way over to hot ......... if this happens your gauge is ok .....  you then have a knackered sensor ...... replace it !
