Pssst...we're not supposed to tell people to look for stuff themselves. Colleen has said we provide a link for them. That's why the forum exists. ;)
I'd gladly supply a link, but believe it or not, I still haven't mastered supplying a link. It is something I've still have to work on. Know any good links for instructions?
Well, since we're sitting in the back of math class and it's a supply teacher today...I can give ya a quick outline.
First, if you have Google Chrome, it's easy to highlight the question, right click your mouse and choose "Search Google for...".
Then, when you've found the site you want to put here for your answer, highlight the URL box at the top of the page by right-clicking your mouse or moving it across the URL address. Choose "Copy" then put it in the box here, by right-clicking and choosing "Paste".
It may not look "activated" 'til you post it, then it will be a link.
Once in a while, if the link address is long, part of it won't be activated. So, just click on your answer box, where it says, "Edit this answer", you'll be back in your answer box.
Highlight the entire link and then you can click on the little icon that looks like an unbroken chain. Finally, click on "insert" and it will automatically fix it for you.
Sorry if it all sounds a bit confusing right now but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it.
Hey, got any gum? ;)

Thanks for the lesson! What flavor gum would you like? I have red lobster flavor, orange lobster flavor, and blue lobster flavor, which would you prefer? I must apologize for not having any holiday lobster flavor, but it hasn't been invented yet! LOL!
My pleasure. I mean, someone taught me, most likely...lol.
Ummmm...I'll just take a lobster-flavour lobster and find a piece of gum in my pocket. :)

Funny you mention lobster...I was looking at them in the supermarket on Friday but I wasn't too tempted...they were frozen. :(
The key is having a method to gain some opposing force to unscrew the cap that holds the spool. Get an oil filter wrench called the round wrench. It is a steel bar with an attached length of rubber belt that can tighten around cylindrical objects. Use that to oppose the unlock direction on the trimmer and "voila", no tabs to push no trick with the button, you just need opposing force.

Not too often you run across an answer with pix...but I just noticed in the advice that the guy was saying "I" do this and that, so I switched it in case people think I'm some brawny guy...rofl!
