French is a lovely language. My son opted for two years of Spanish classes. I tried to get him to take French.

We grow up learning French. Not that it sticks but it is seriously fun to learn. And, if any one of us finds themselves in France, we can order an ham sandwich. Funny ... also an egg roll.

o pronounce the 'Je' part, think of this three letter combination" ZSH. No that looks weird, of course! Normally the 'sh; portion (in English) does not involve using your vocal cords. So, think of a "z" sound (like a buzzing sound), while you hum the z.

There used to be an actress named "Zsa Zsa Gabor" -- she was from Hungary and was famous for having had 8 different husbands. Anyway, if you know how her first name sounds, then you are well on your way to pronouncing the 'Je' portion.

Now, on to the t'aime. Although it looks weird to English speakers, this is a one-syllable word that rhymes with the word "hem", but has a T sound instead of an H sound in the word hem.

Beaucoup -- is a two-syllable word that's not as hard to pronounce as you might think. The second syllable is accented.

The Beau portion is pronounced as "Bow", as in tying a bow, or a bow tie.

The coup -- has a "silent p"!!! It rhymes with the word "Boo" or Winnie the POOH, but whose first letter is a C.
