Read the manual that came with the washer. I've never heard of a washing machine that heats the water itself. All the ones I've ever known need to have the hot water fed to it from the hot water line in the house.

If you are in Europe, your machine will probably just have cold water feed and the machine will heat the water to the required temperature.  I had a problem trying to install an English washing machine in France with hot & cold water pipes, but only one cold water supply.  The problem was solved when we dropped the machine and bust the door and had to buy a new French machine - this had just the one cold water supply and it works very efficiently.  As your machine seems to be a Siemans from Italy it is likely to be the same.
