This is akaQA, we have no tool bars. Go ahead and delete the tool bar, it will not affect us.
I can show you that akaQA is helpful though. You might want to keep the tool bar so you can keep us. You can set up your own police scanner >>

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/audio/
1) click on your state on the map
2) Click on your county on the map
3) Under advertizement, click, Launch the county web player
4) In pop up window, see player with list of towns, find your town and click it.
