No, she does not have to share her personal residence address with you. She can get a PO box and have the payment sent to that.

1) Have any alimony payments already been made? If so, where were they sent? 2) She probably wouldn't be required to have to provide an actual address. A post office box would suffice. I pay support to my wife (we're separated) but her address is confidential, and I send the payments to New York State, which remits the payments to her. 3) Unfortunately, she can use the money for whatever purpose she wants. You can probably go to court and ask for a modification after "x" amount of time. Whether the court will allow for a modification, is another question. She would probably be required to furnish a statement of net worth, or something showing her income and expenditures and assets.

The courts awarded her alimony and she can p*** it away any way she see's fit. Cheaper to keep her.
