Where does your blood come into play here? We aren't doctors here, I can't begin to guess what might could be wrong. For someone who thinks smoking will aide her digestion, I think you should take your questions to a real doctor.....

Your profile page says that you are 29 years old.  If this condition has been with you for, as you state, "as long as I can remember", then you must have been to a doctor and discussed it at least a few times.  Even if your first trip to a doctor wasn't until you were 19, that was 10 years ago. So, what did the doctor tell you?

Maybe you are allergic to something. I think you should go to a doctor that will examine you or will refer you to a relevant doctor.
