      You need to contact the company that makes that product.  There should be a customer service number on the bottom of the container.  Take photos, put the container with the food and plastic inside a freezer bag then place in the freezer.

        I can't find anything on the internet about this. I think someone posted a scam.

          I know... I am devistated as well. We need to start an, "I AM NOT REAL" support group. I am sure we are not the only two people who suffer from this affliction.
