Very sorry to hear about your dad. No matter how much you prepare yourself mentally for the inevitable, the shock of a loved one passing away leaves you numb never the less. Spend as much time as possible with him at this time. God be with you all.

My prayers are with you Whovin. I am sure your dad knows how much you love him, and that is very important for both of you. May your God be with you.

I send a wish that he has an easy transition. I'm sure he will. Strength to you and your family. He is being looked after spiritually and he will leave this world filled with love. No one could ask for more. Love him and let him go. That is the best thing you can do for him. You will feel good for doing it once the pain passes.

If he needs you to say it's OK for him to leave out loud, you should do that. When my grandfather asked me if it was OK for him to die, I said yes. He smiled and said really? and I said if that's what you want to do then I would not ask him to stay. This put him at great peace and he passed two days later. He knew when I said yes, it was out of love. It would have been selfish for me to say no because I would have been trying to keep him here in pain just for me so I would not have to miss him. I loved him too much for that and he knew it. He went with love. I still feel the love he left me for letting him go to where he could be happy and pain free.

A son loves his dad so much, that is apparent. Love him more and wish him peace. Tell him so....

MY FRIEND .YOUR MUM REALLY NEEDS YOU AND SISTER TO BE BRAVE IN HER PRESENCES DAD WOULD WANT THAT .HE IS BLESSED WITH a GOOD LOVING FAMILY .HE WILL GO ON HIS JOURNEY KNOWING THAT MY DAD DID AND MUM.TAKE CARE OF MUM SIS, AND YOURSELF.  YOUR GOOD PEOPLE . 

Stay with your Dad as much as possible, hold his hand, and talk to him, then he wont feel scared or alone. God Bless your Dear Dad, you and your family. xx
