From the earliest computers on a network, the identification of folks working on or with computers has been of paramount importance to security and eliminating errors within the system. All progress is dependent on our legacy of security and today more than ever before the internet system security is still in development and functional as is. Every computer on any and every network is known and recognised for its site, location and operator by codes, passwords, machine identify number, linked equipment such as hard drives, disk drives , tape drives and printers and more point undeniable to its source, location and activity history. Secrecy on the computer, in cyberspace is not possible and cryptographic codes show up like barn fires in the in the barrage of data because the data is cryptic. These systems assure system wide reliability and very few know all of the security tricks and hacks possible and if they use what they know for illegal purposes they are found and generally deprived the use of a computer again…ever...along with other harsh penalties.
