                          When I am having trouble with my computer, I've been told to log out, turn it off, disconnect the router, etc. Put it all back together about ten minutes later.  Log back into your email account and it should be fine. 
                          Maybe you are using the wrong ID or Password.  Maybe you have somehow deleted or closed your email address.
